Payment:
• We accept the payment methods: PayPal.
• We ship within 24 hours after receiving payment.
• e-Check needs to be CLEARED before we ship out the order.
• Payments are expected within 7 days after the last winning auction is closed.
• Once you have completed the checkout, you will not be able to combine any additional auctions.
• We start to process and rush your order once checkout is completed.
Shipping:
We strive to be the Best and Fastest Shipper on eCrater. Once your payment has cleared, most orders are processed and shipped out by the next business day. Most orders are even completed and shipped out the same business day!!
Shipping Policy:
• US orders, Standard shipping & handling (S&H) is $3.95 for the 1st item, $1.95 for each additional items.
• We only ship to PayPal CONFIRMED address.
• Please verify your address during checkout. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.
• We pack and ship all items in a sage and secure way to prevent breakage.
• None Tracking information will be provided for international mail excepct Express mail.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email as well as a shipment tracking number for your order.

Return Policy:
We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product price less S&H within 30 days of your purchase via insured parcel post (USPS) to us.
• For exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all accessories.
• All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed.
• Returns that is a result of customer issue will be subject to an actual shipping fee deduction from the refund amount.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• Buyer is responsible for ALL Return Postage and Shipping Charges.
